  • Tom Jacobson - Drums

I was born and raised by a family of musicians. I began playing drums around the age of 10, now close to 60 years. I played nightclubs on the Sunset Strip in LA for many years as well as clubs throughout California and toured the US.

I was the drummer for Bobby Sherman in concerts, and was the touring drummer with Mark Lindsay of Paul Revere and the Raiders in concert venues such as Carnegie Hall in New York, Boston Symphony Hall, and many others throughout the US.

I toured for 35 days in 1971 with The Carpenters and recorded with many accomplished musicians. I got to add vocals and drums on the record album "Indian Reservation" by Paul Revere and the Raiders at the Columbus Records Studios in Nashville, TN.

I've had the honor of sharing the stage with Johnny Cash, Davey Jones, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Johnny Mathis, Blood Sweat and Tears, Del Shannon, Kris Kristofferson, Roger Miller, and others.

I'm now beyond excited to be performing with Gabrielle Gore and the Silent Thunder!

  • Adam Pruitt - Bass Guitar

I bought my first bass guitar when I was 24 years old. The guys I jammed with didn't want to play bass, and that was fine with me because bass has always been my favorite instrument. I drew from such influences as Paul McCartney, Sting, Bill Wyman, John Paul Jones, and many others.

My first gig was with a southern rock band in the late '90s where I was the frontman, so my bass collected dust until about 2009. A friend that I used to jam with called me up and asked me to play bass in his band. I practiced 4 hours a day for 2 years straight, sometimes waking up at 5:00 am to practice before work. I went on to play with 2 more bands.

While my musical journey is rooted in rock music, country is where it's at for a bass player! Being a musician is chronic for me. I will play it until the day I die.

  • Danni Powell - Keyboard, Vocals

My mother enrolled me in piano lessons when I was 5 years old, and I’ll never be more thankful that she wouldn’t let me quit! I started playing keyboard and singing in a praise and worship band when I was 12 for my church’s youth group. We qualified for the National Fine Arts Festival six years in a row. I also started writing songs at 14 and placed first in the state of Oklahoma with an original worship song.

Though piano is where my heart is, I also play several other instruments and like to fill in where needed. There’s nothing better than jamming with talented musicians, and I have definitely found my home with the incredibly talented people in Gabrielle Gore and the Silent Thunder!

  • Wendell Giles - Fiddle, Mandolin, Vocals

I’ve been playing bluegrass, country and Western swing music for 40 years now. I started traveling with a bluegrass band when I was 15. I’ve played for numerous bands over the years and am excited to be playing with Gabrielle Gore & the Silent Thunder!

  • Robert Lovelace, AKA Bobby Lovelle - Lead Guitar, Steel Guitar

Robert’s musical journey began in High School beginning in his junior year and he played dances and school events until graduation. Robert was mentored by Patrick Buchanan (Cyndi Lauper’s guitarist and Nashville session ace) in his early years and then by Tim Pierce (Rick Springfield’s guitarist at the time).

At the age of 23 Robert moved to Germany. Not knowing the language or having a vehicle, he decided to short cut the process of meeting musicians by renting Frankenstein’s Castle in Eberstadt Germany and promoting a Costume Ball themed concert inviting the most prominent musicians in the area. The vey next day he was invited to join a top rated (Blue Book) band and began touring Germany and from there extended out to 12 countries.

Robert suffered a spinal injury and used his recovery time to learn the pedal steel guitar and digital keyboards. Robert began a music teaching career and hosted jam sessions and played in a house band for years in Gainesville Florida, working up to 7 days a week as a pro musician. In 2008 Robert moved to Texas as a salaried musician at a music school and played the Honky Tonk A circuit as a free lance side man on evenings and weekends. Robert opened his own Music School in Arlington Texas. As a side man, teacher and music school owner Robert had to learn and chart well over 600 songs a year and also operated a project studio. Robert got a degree in Graphic Design and Interactive Media to create content for his students and created the school curriculum. Upon leaving Texas Robert merged his school with another so that the teacher/student bonds were not broken. Robert played thousands of shows in the U.S. and Europe before scaling back from touring to be a family man.

In 2016 Robert moved to Fayetteville Arkansas to join an organic farming community and raise a family. Playing locally Robert met a member of Silent Thunder band and was invited to meet the band family and was accepted as a member in 2022.

Robert is a multi instrumentalist and published songwriter.
